Nido Voice privacy policy

Effective 16 September 2026. Operator: Diegoveloper.

Who this is for

Nido Voice is a voice-powered play app for toddlers, used with a parent nearby. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic product. We do not create an account for the child.

Sound stays on the device

The microphone is used only to notice whether a sound is short, long, or quiet. That measure is calculated on the device. We do not record the voice, store audio, recognize words, or send sound off the device.

What we do not collect from the child

We do not ask for the child’s name, photo, email, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifier. Play does not require an account.

What a parent may send

Feedback is optional and sits behind the parental gate. If a parent sends a note, we store the rating, comment, chosen topics, app version, operating system, device type, language, and a random install id so we can read it. We do not use it to identify or profile the child, and we do not sell it.

Product counts, if sent, are limited to an event name, scene, app version, and operating system. They do not include audio, the child’s name, the device model, or the install id.

Ads

The app does not show ads. We do not sell personal information. We share a parent note only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

A parent note stays until we delete it. Email us and we will delete the notes we can match to that request. The random install id lives on the device until the app is deleted or its storage is cleared.

Children

The app is directed at young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. Adult settings, including feedback, are behind a parental gate.
